Randall H. Kramer, CPA
After graduating from Briar Cliff in 1972, Randy spent three years in the US Army as an accounting specialist. Upon discharge, he began his public accounting career with a local firm. In 1986, Randy started his own firm and began assisting clients attain their personal and financial goals. He has been able to accomplish this by understanding their business, listening and focusing on their business success. Randy is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Iowa Society of Certified Public Accountants. He serves on many not for profit and church boards. Randy and Pam, his wife of over 40 years have five grown children and four grandchildren and recently moved to a small acreage in rural Sergeant Bluff where they enjoy gardening, landscaping and yard work.
Pamela J. Ridgway, CPA
Pam graduated from the University of South Dakota in May 1989 with a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Accounting. Pam joined Kramer & Associates, LLC in December 1989. Pam became a partner in 2008 and currently serves as a senior tax manager for the corporate tax division. Pam also serves as an advisor for Client Bookkeeping Solutions. Pam is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Iowa Society of Certified Public Accountants. Pam also enjoys volunteering for various community organizations, including Nature Calls, an annual fundraiser for the Dorothy Pecaut Nature Center.
Brad J. Munchrath, CPA
Brad joined Kramer & Associates, LLC in 1997. He became a partner in 2008. Brad provides tax compliance and consulting services to corporations, partnerships and individuals. Brad has attended various advanced taxation and business seminars. Brad recieved his bachelor's degree from Briar Cliff University in Sioux City. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Iowa Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is also active in several local organizations, including finance committee member at his church and Treasurer of the Briar Cliff Baseball Alumni Board.
Timothy J. Terveer, CPA
Tim provides accounting and tax services to individuals and businesses. He is passionate about working with people that have the entrepreneurial spirit that drive businesses forward. Tim wants to help these clients by providing advisory services in all aspects of business. He is particualy avid about business valuation and aspects that increase the value of businesses. He is currently studying to achieve the CVA (Certified Valuation Analyst) designation in order to allow business owners to see the value of what they have created. Tim is also an adjunt instructor at Western Iowa Tech Community College, teaching principles of accounting. In his spare time, Tim enjoys playing golf and in the fall watching his Iowa Hawkeyes football team. Tim is also a board member of the non-profit group "Friends of the Sioux City Public Library" which hosts an annual book sale each spring to provide assistance to libraries in Sioux City.
Joan is a graduate of Concordia University in Seward, NE. She joined the firm in 2005. Joan's experience includes lead and vault teller for a local financial institution, managing and processing payroll for a large staffing agency, and managing the office and a full set of books for a medium-sized retail store. Joan currently serves as a client services representative. She also processes payrolls, quarterly payroll reports and bank reconciliations. Joan and her husband Dave have 3 children and 5 grandsons. They have been involved in all aspects of their church and also various community interests, especially focusing now on Mercy Meals and The Orphan Grain Train.
Kim joined Kramer and Associates, LLC in 2008 after graduating from Morningside College, where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance and Management. Kim is the payroll processer. She also assits with the portals and tax return processing. When Kim is not preparing for her next race, she enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends.
Debbie graduated from Briar Cliff University in May 2009 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting. She joined Kramer & Associates, LLC in December 2008. Debbie currently serves as a staff accountant. She prepares financial statements, processes payrolls, and prepares individual tax returns. Debbie has worked in the accounting field for several years. When she is not at the office she enjoys quilting, crafts, and biking. But most importantly spending time with her children, family and friends.
Christopher A. Bochmann
Chris graduated from Briar Cliff University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting and Business Administration. He joined Kramer & Associates, LLC in late 2010. He currently serves as a staff accountant. Chris prepares bank reconciliations, processes payrolls, reviews ledgers and financial statements, and processes individual tax returns. Chris also assists with QuickBooks support. Before joining the accounting industry, he received an Associate Degree in Applied Science: Culinary Arts. He worked in the restaurant industry for over 10 years and still helps out a local restaurant. When he’s not working or cooking, he likes to spend his time hunting and fishing.
Jeff graduated from the University of Northern Iowa with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting. He joined Kramer & Associates, LLC in December 2011. He currently serves as a staff accountant. Jeff prepares bank reconciliations, processes payrolls, reviews general ledgers and financial statements and processes individual tax returns. When he is not at work, Jeff is a homebody who enjoys spending time reading or relaxing with friends and family.
Mandy graduated from Morningside College in May 2015 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting and Finance. Mandy started as an intern at Kramer & Associates, LLC in January 2015 and came on full-time after graduation. She currently serves as a staff accountant.
